After many remarkable years with us, Howard Toplis is stepping into his well-deserved retirement! Before fully embracing this new chapter, he’ll contribute his expertise to an essential project across the Welsh housing sector, focusing on the Welsh Government’s net-zero targets.

We are thrilled to announce that Kevin Bennett will join us as our new Chief Executive on November 4th. With extensive experience from his senior roles at Bromford, Solihull Community Housing, and the Utilities Sector, Kevin brings knowledge in asset management, repairs, and community-focused initiatives. He is passionate about enhancing our customer experience, empowering our team, and collaborating with key partners while listening closely to our customers’ needs.

In the interim, Richard Hopkins will step in as Interim Chief Executive. Richard will ensure we remain on course with our 2024 plans and support our Board during this transition. Stay tuned for more exciting developments ahead!
