One of our customers, a veteran who has served our country, found himself in a difficult situation. Suffering from severe mental health challenges, including suicidal thoughts. Struggling with financial difficulties, he was unable to heat his home.

Understanding the gravity of the situation, our team quickly stepped in to offer the necessary support. We carried out essential work on his property to ensure it was warm and safe. Alongside this, we took the time to have meaningful conversations with him, helping him understand the importance of heating his home for his physical health and overall well-being.

We are proud to share that the customer has since provided heartwarming feedback through our Rant & Rave system, highlighting the professionalism and kindness of Kevin, one of our dedicated team members. He said, “Kevin was very polite, professional, approachable, and an asset to Tai Calon.”
